Lady Gaga is done flipping the bird at the New Jersey music man who claims he turned her from a "guidette" into a star.
The "Bad Romance" singer and producer Rob Fusari have settled their feud just months after the ex-lovers filed dueling suits against each other in Manhattan Supreme Court.
Fusari sued the wild-styled singer in March, claiming she owed him $30 million because he transformed her four years ago from a grungy "guidette" into Lady Gaga, and wrote her hits "Paparazzi" and "Disco Heaven."
Gaga, who made headlines in June for flipping off photographers while wearing glittery undergarments at a Mets game, filed a countersuit a day later accusing Fusari of duping her into signing an illegal contract.
Lawyers for Fusari and Gaga, whose real name is Steffani Germanotta, did not return phone calls.
