Lacroix/WireImage Lindsay Lohan allegedly hit a woman with a baby in a stroller in Hollywood on Wednesday. Take our Poll Stroller strike?

Do you think LiLo was involved in a hit-and-run?

Yes. I wouldn't put it past the troubled star. No. Sounds like the witnesses made this up. Who knows? Looks like rehab didn't go so well for Lindsay Lohan.

Driving a Maserati, she accidently hit a woman pushing a child in a stroller before deciding to flee Wednesday, witnesses told RadarOnline.com.

Two eyewitnesses said the "Mean Girls" star clipped the woman while driving her luxury car around 5 p.m. after she neglected to look both ways before making a turn. Lohan was pulling out of a parking garage in her West Hollywood neighborhood.

"There was a woman pushing a kid in the stroller, maybe a two- or three-year-old crossing the street," Brayan Jaime, who saw the hit-and-run, told the gossip website.

"Lindsay took the red light and hit the stroller. It wasn't super hard, but she made an impact and hit them," he added.

Jaime said the troubled starlet then pulled her car to the right, stopped for a few seconds and then drove away.

TMZ.com casted doubt on Jaime's story and identified him as a freelance paparazzi who was working on his first day. TMZ said no police report has been filed.

When asked why Jaime didn't call the police he told TMZ, "I should have. I'm not sure. I didn't want to get involved."

TMZ said instead he and his pal sold the video.

Lohan, 24, recently completed 23 days of impatient rehab before serving 14 days in jail after a judge ruled she violated probation in her back-to-back 2007 DUI cases, which included alcohol and cocaine charges.

In a video, the woman is seen looking back at the actress' car in shock as she continues to cross the street with the crying child.

"I asked the kid if she was okay and then asked the woman, but she was kind of shocked and didn't really know what to say and you could tell she was scared," Jaime said.
